i swear, netflix customer service chat is the best customer service i’ve ever had from anywhere. they’re also really sweet about requesting new stuff if you ask for it, too. me and a friend asked for more anime on uk netflix (i asked more for toe than for me, never been a big watcher myself) and like, two weeks later they added a ton of new titles. i’m not saying it was just because we asked but it certainly goes to show they listen
…i may have also begged them to fund another series of the killing but as yet no luck on that score. SIGH
